Thank you to everyone who helped us with the opening event film for the World Diabetes Congress 2011, played on the big screen last night to a whopping 14,000 delegates at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Extra special thanks to our amazing 13 year old diabetic actor/presenter, Buthaina, who proved to be a little gem and wooed the hearts of everyone at the event. We wish DHA and IDF a very productive congress as they continue to seek solutions to combat diabetes globally.
